COBURG BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION
REFEREE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Coburg Basketball Association is seeking an experienced Referee Development Manager (RDM) to lead the recruitment, development, and retention of referees across all levels. This leadership role focuses on training, education, safety, wellbeing, and building clear officiating pathways. Applicants must hold Basketball Victoria’s Association Program Development Officer accreditation, have either a Grade 2 Referee Coach (post-2022) or Grade 3 (pre-2022) accreditation, a current Working With Children Check (WWCC), and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
